  Phenomenal!!Reg really helped us find and get into a house at SML. He is thoughtful, HONEST, helpful, HONEST, conscientious, thorough, and very knowledgeable about the entire area. He is a resident of the lake, and active in his community. We looked and looked. He helped us define what we wanted, then went on a search to locate it. His patience landed us in the house that was right for us, not just a quick sale for him. After we settled, he helped us navigate the area for all our needs. I am grateful that we were lucky enough to find Reg. Our experience couldn't have been any better (ok, he could have found us a $2M house for $100k, but that is pushing it). We have kept our relationship with Reg even after the sale. He stays in contact with us, provides us with information about the lake, and has helped our friends. We will not buy any property in the Southern Virginia area without Reg by our side!
